Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
  • The product must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • A valid proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt, must be provided to process a return.
  • If the product is received damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact our customer support team immediately, and we will guide you through the process of returning or replacing the item.

Please note that returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • The product has been used or tampered with.
  • The product is not in its original condition and packaging.
  • Any items purchased under special offers, promotions, or clearance sales are final and cannot be returned.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to returns@looksveda.com or call our customer service at +91-9870734694. Provide your order number, details of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our support team will review your request and, if eligible, will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping the product back to us.
  3. Shipping the Product: Carefully package the product, including all original packaging and materials, and send it to the return address provided by our support team. Please ensure the RAN is clearly marked on the package.
  4. Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

If the product was delivered in a damaged or incorrect condition, Looksveda will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges.
